The Launch of the Ruth Scholarship Foundation
The inaugural launch of the Ruth Scholarship Foundation last March 21, 2022 at the Henry Luce III Library, Central Philippines University, Jaro, Iloilo City. This momentous event was attended by the first 10 scholars and their families, TRSF Board of Trustees, Central Philippines University officers, foundation’s partners and guests.
