Mherc had been a consistent honor student since Junior High School until Senior High School. He was also very active in sports, particularly in Basketball and was recognized as the Best Center. Aside from sports, he was also into fish keeping and culture which was both a hobby and money-making activity. His interest in fish keeping and culture had reaped him awards in Fish Shows. In college, Mherc has maintained his academic performance being one of the top students in his class.
